Is this worth it next to one more showcase?
A showcase puts the player in front of whoever is there that day. The assessment tells you which rosters have room at the position before you pay for the next one.
My kid isn't D1. Is this for us?
Yes. The list runs from D1 through JUCO, and the realistic tier is the point: the programs where the numbers and the openings line up.
What do the coaches actually do?
They read the numbers against each division's baselines and the departures by position, then write down where the player stands, who to contact first, what to say and which camps to attend, in that order.
