What we collect

IntelScout collects the information you enter to build your recruiting profile: your name, graduation year, high school, positions, athletic measurables and statistics, highlight video links, social handles, and the schools and camps you track. We also store your account email for sign-in and your subscription status for billing.

Public profile sharing

Profile sharing is off by default. If you turn it on, IntelScout creates a public link that displays a limited, safe subset of your profile (name, graduation year, high school, positions, measurables and statistics, highlight link, and social handles) to anyone who has the link. Your email, GPA, and coach contact details are never published. You can turn sharing off at any time, which removes the public page.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deletion removes your profile and all associated data from our database. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately in iOS Settings.

AI features

When you use the AI Agent, your profile and the school context are sent to our AI provider to generate a draft or analyze a screenshot you upload. Screenshots are processed in memory and are not stored.
