Using IntelScout

IntelScout provides baseball recruiting tools and information to help players manage their outreach to college programs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own communications with coaches and schools.

School and program information

Program details shown in the app — including coach contact information, roster-based recruiting tendencies, camps, records, and conference data — are compiled from public sources and refreshed periodically. They are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or become outdated. If you spot an error, use the in-app report option and we will review it.

Acceptable use and our data

IntelScout is for your own personal, non-commercial use in your own recruiting. The school, coach, camp, and recruiting-tendency data in the app is a compilation we assembled, verified, and organized, and we reserve all rights in it. You agree that you will not:

• use bots, scrapers, scripts, or any other automated means to access IntelScout or collect data from it;
• copy, export, or extract program data in bulk, whether by hand or by automation;
• publish, redistribute, sell, license, or share the data with anyone outside your household;
• use IntelScout or its data to build, train, or improve a competing product, dataset, or service;
• share your account, resell access, or work around a subscription gate or other access control.

If you break these rules we may suspend or terminate your account without refund, and we may pursue any other remedy available to us.

Subscriptions

Paid features require an IntelScout membership. A membership bought on the website is billed by Stripe, has no free trial, starts the moment payment goes through, and renews automatically at the period you chose until you cancel from your account. You can cancel any time, and access runs to the end of the paid period. A membership bought inside the IntelScout iPhone app is billed by Apple under Apple's terms, including any introductory offer Apple shows, and is managed in iOS Settings. Launch pricing, where offered, is honored as described at the time of purchase.

No guarantee of results

IntelScout is a tool. It does not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, or coach responses.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IntelScout. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. IntelScout is operated by IntelScout LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of IntelScout after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

IntelScout is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
