Using IntelScout

IntelScout provides baseball recruiting tools and information to help players manage their outreach to college programs. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own communications with coaches and schools.

School and program information

Program details shown in the app — including coach contact information, roster-based recruiting tendencies, camps, records, and conference data — are compiled from public sources and refreshed periodically. They are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or become outdated. If you spot an error, use the in-app report option and we will review it.

Subscriptions and free trials

Paid features require a subscription billed through Apple. Where a free trial is offered, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in iOS Settings. Launch pricing, where offered, is honored as described in the app at the time of purchase.

No guarantee of results

IntelScout is a tool. It does not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, or coach responses.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IntelScout. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. IntelScout is operated by an individual sole proprietor.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of IntelScout after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

IntelScout is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
